Talk with David Bailey 

On Wednesday evening I went to the Royal Academy of Arts to see photographer David Bailey talk about his work and career, some things he talked about were the people he photographed and mentioned how he would never research the client beforehand. I found this a bit strange but wasn't surprised as he would only take 2-3 images of that person, in the limited time frame he was given. 

Afterwards there was a Q&A where some people asked him some questions like 'what tips  would you have for getting started with photography?' And whether or not he thinks using photoshop is a good idea which he responded with 'yes! Use it! Always use it!' 

It was a bit hard to hear him as the microphone didn't project his voice loud enough, but it wasn't a bit issue as he didn't say anything that I couldn't have found out about him online.
